The hOuse Of nO is a sanctuary where rest is RADICLE, softness is POWER, and NO becomes your doorway back to WHOLENESS.

This is your pause in the scroll.
Your doorway back to breath, back to body, back to belonging.

This is not about hustle. This is not about proving. This is a soft rebellion.

A sanctuary for your nervous system. An exhale, already waiting for you.

Hey I’m Prishaniee

Somatic Guide, nervous system mentor, Curator of the hOuse Of nO, devoted to your rest and return

Rest, reimagined through softness, safety, boundaries, and belonging.

After years of striving, burnout, and chasing worth through achievement, I realised that real freedom isn’t found in doing more it’s found in remembering your enough-ness.

I walked away from the pressure to always “perform” — in work, in wellness, in life and began building a different vision:
A sanctuary built on nervous system care, Ayurvedic wisdom, and somatic practices that remind us rest is rebellion and softness is strength.

What began as my personal unraveling has become The House of No, a space for those who crave gentleness, boundaries, and belonging. A movement to reclaim our nervous systems, rewrite the rules of worth, and choose wholeness over hustle.

The hOuse Of nO was born as a soft rebellion.

A refusal to bow to urgency, exhaustion, and the story that worth comes only through doing.
